The Petite Seat Guarantee
It is my guarantee to you that my products are genuine, quality handcrafted goods. All of my products are made to be durable. Fabrics are pre-washed (aside from fleece and PUL) and pre-shrunk. Fabrics and thread are top quality. I stand behind my products, and value repeat customers. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
Warranty
All items purchased from The Petite Seat are covered by a limited 60 day warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as faulty elastic, malfunctioning or detached snaps, and other manufacturing flaws on unwashed and unworn items. I will repair or replace (at my discretion) any item with a manufacturing defect within 60 days from the date of purchase, including the shipping charges. Please note that normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect, and this warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not available on secondhand goods. To make a warranty claim you must contact me to receive shipping instructions.
Returns
If you receive your order and it is the wrong size or are unhappy for any reason, you may return it in new, unused, unwashed condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. However, you will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred for returns. I ask that you include a reason for your return along with the original sales receipt so that I can process your return promptly.
Please note that custom orders are a final sale, and cannot be returned. However, manufacturing defects on custom orders are covered under the 60 day limited warranty (see above).
Shipping and payment
In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Please allow 3-4 weeks for custom orders. At this time standard calculated shipping prices are to US addresses and I am only able to accept US funds via paypal. All items are shipped via USPS which includes delivery confirmation. You will receive a delivery confirmation e-mail through PayPal.
